Cutting Tenons on the Table Saw.

Amateur woodworking in action!  Boydski makes the cheek cuts on the tenons for his Stickley style Mission chairs.

That's a lot of exposed blade on the old Sears Tablesaw, and way too much sawdust!

Using a jig to hold the parts square is the only way to go.  This one is made up with a few scrap pieces of plywood.
